Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't, don't use the service. If you're using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service.

proof.epochpay.today offers two surfaces. The patent-watermark surface seals PDFs with a public-chain receipt. The Tribunal renders an 8-agent independent vote on a decision payload and writes two cryptographic receipts to the public chain at chain.epochcoreqcs.com. Both surfaces share the same chain substrate.

3. Pilot terms.

Pilots are free for 30 days, capped at the round / seal volume stated on the pricing page (currently 1,000 tribunal rounds), under mutual NDA. Pilots are eval-only — you may not use pilot output in production legal, regulatory, or commercial contexts without a paid subscription.

4. Billing.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. A "round" is one tribunal decision — the 8-agent vote plus its chain receipts; shadow re-verifications are part of the same round, not billed separately. Overage is billed at the per-round rate listed on the pricing page at the time of overage. Payment is net 30 from invoice date; past-due balances suspend service after 15 days written notice.

5. License grant.

EpochCore LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service for your internal business purposes during your active subscription. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or use the service to build a competing product. The proof.epochpay.today source code, the EpochCore swarm orchestrator, and all chain-anchor infrastructure remain proprietary to EpochCore LLC.

6. Chain receipts are immutable.

Receipts written to chain.epochcoreqcs.com are append-only by design. We cannot delete or alter a receipt once written, and we do not represent that we can. Don't submit content to the Tribunal you wouldn't want a SHA-256 hash of preserved on a public ledger for 6 years.

7. Warranty disclaimer.

The service is provided as is and as available. EpochCore LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Tribunal renders an independent algorithmic vote; it is not legal advice, not financial advice, not medical advice, and does not establish an attorney-client, fiduciary, or clinician-patient relationship. Admissibility of any chain receipt in any specific legal proceeding is a case-specific judicial determination.

8. Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EpochCore LLC's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. In no event is EpochCore LLC liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

9. Termination.

Either party may terminate a subscription with 30 days' written notice. EpochCore LLC may suspend or terminate immediately for breach, non-payment, or unlawful use. On termination: receipts already on the public chain remain (we cannot delete them); your access ceases; pre-paid unused amounts are refunded on a pro-rata basis except where terminated for cause.

10. Governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflicts of law. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and each party submits to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Updates.

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
