Acceptable Use Policy.

What we won't help with. Last updated 2026-05-16. Builder-tone draft pending legal review.

1. Prohibited categories.

  • Don't Use the service to target individuals or groups for surveillance, harassment, doxing, or political-dissident identification.
  • Don't Use the service for weapons-systems targeting, autonomous-lethality decisioning, or kill-chain decisions.
  • Don't Use the service to influence elections, fabricate or amplify election-related disinformation, or render decisions on voter eligibility.
  • Don't Submit content that violates applicable export-control law (ITAR, EAR) or sanctions (OFAC).
  • Don't Use the Tribunal as a bulk-spam classifier, content-moderation oracle, or hiring/lending/insurance/credit decision in a way that violates the ECOA, FCRA, Title VII, ADA, or similar non-discrimination law.
  • Don't Scrape /api/tribunal/decide or any other endpoint to assemble a training corpus.
  • Don't Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our signing keys.
  • Don't Resell or sublicense the service without a separate written agreement.

2. What the Tribunal is not.

The Tribunal renders an algorithmic vote on a payload. It is not legal advice, not medical advice, not financial advice, not a clinical decision-support tool, and not a substitute for a human committee. It is one independent input alongside human judgment. Treat it that way.

3. Reporting.

To report a suspected AUP violation, email abuse@epochcoreqcs.com with the URL, timestamp, and a brief description. We acknowledge within 5 business days.

4. Enforcement.

We may suspend or terminate access for an AUP violation with 7 days' written notice (or immediately for severe or unlawful use). Chain receipts already written remain on the chain — we cannot remove them — but we will not issue further receipts to a violating account.

5. Reservation.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for any reason consistent with applicable law. We will publish a transparency note on this page summarizing aggregate enforcement actions annually (no individual user identification).

Draft. Builder-tone working draft. Final AUP will be reviewed by qualified counsel before first paid customer.
