Limits and SLAs.
Plain-numbers list of every rate limit, payload cap, retention period, and SLA across both surfaces. Procurement-readable.
Tribunal — per-tier round quotas.
| Tier | Included rounds / month | Overage | Uptime SLA |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pilot (30 day) | 1,000 | n/a (eval-only) | Best-effort |
| Standard | 5,000 | $0.20 / round | 99% |
| Professional | 25,000 | $0.12 / round | 99.5% |
| Enterprise | 100,000 | negotiated | 99.95% |
A round = one tribunal decision (8-agent vote + chain receipts). Shadow re-verifications are part of the same round, not billed separately.
API rate limits.
- Pilot 2 req/s sustained, 10 req burst. Per-API-key.
- Standard 10 req/s sustained, 30 req burst.
- Professional 50 req/s sustained, 150 req burst.
- Enterprise Negotiated. Typical floor: 200 req/s.
Payload caps.
- /api/tribunal/decide 16 KiB max per payload (textual decision question).
- /api/watermark 32 MiB max per PDF upload.
Public verifier (chain.epochcoreqcs.com).
The public read endpoint is open and unauthenticated by design. Fair-use rate limit: 60 req/min/IP. Abuse triggers a Cloudflare-level cooldown; persistent abuse from a /24 may be blocked.
Retention.
- 7 years Chain receipts. Immutable, append-only, public-read.
- 30 days Cloudflare access logs (IP, user-agent, path).
- Active Tenant account / contact email retained while subscription is active, plus 12 months for billing records.
Service credits.
For Professional and Enterprise tiers, monthly uptime below the SLA triggers service credits: 99.5%–99% = 10% credit; below 99% = 25%; below 95% = 50%. Credits applied to the next month's invoice; do not exceed one month's fees.
